From a seamless checkout process to working with third party API's like FedEx in order to get shipping cost and logistics done right.

The sleekest design means nothing if your user can’t take in the important information they need easily—which was the challenge we were facing. We ended up achieving the goal of condensing all the content for a product into a small instructional booklet while still maintaining its readability and not compromising on the aesthetics.
